1. General Terms

The South Pole Illuminated Festival is organized and managed by the City of McAllen. All visitors, volunteers, sponsors, and participants must comply with event policies, city regulations, and staff instructions at all times.

2. Conduct and Safety

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, disorderly conduct, vandalism, or violation of city ordinances may result in removal from the event. Weapons, illegal substances, and outside alcohol are strictly prohibited.

3. Photography and Media

By entering the event grounds, attendees grant the City of McAllen permission to use photos, videos, or likenesses for promotional and archival purposes without additional consent or compensation.

4. Liability

Attendance and participation are at your own risk. The City of McAllen and its partners are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property while attending the event.
